Vice President for Finance and Operations
About Jamestown Community College Jamestown Community College has an immediate opening for a Vice President for Finance & Operations. Reporting to the President, the successful candidate will manage the College’s operating and capital budget, capital projects; coordinate the budget and resource allocation process; financial management; formulate financial policies; and implement procedures and internal controls that ensure the financial integrity of the College. The Vice President has accountability for the following functional areas:
Experience and Education: Experience in a higher education or community college setting; along with background in the above listed functional areas is preferred. Must possess an MBA, MPA or master’s degree in related area, plus a minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, business or public administration including working knowledge of various accounting functions, methodologies, budget preparation, review and execution.
