Director of Campus Life and Programming
Thank you for considering Jamestown Community College in your search. Position Description: Full-time-12 month. The Director of Campus Life & Programming is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and assessment of co-curricular programs and activities that enhance student engagement, community building, and personal growth. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with various stakeholders, and fostering a vibrant campus culture. Essential Functions:
Qualifications: Required: Bachelors’ degree in relevant field. Minimum of three (3) years of professional or managerial experience in related field. Demonstrated experience managing budgets and resources effectively and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and community partners. Valid driver’s license and excellent computer skills required. Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule since some activities will fall outside of normal working hours, including weekends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiasm, positive attitude, initiative, and the ability to motivate others. Preferred: Master’s degree in student personnel or related field. Experience in program development, student group advising, and student leadership development. Additional Information: Salary: $53,379. -$60,000/year, exempt.
